Cancellation Policy
In order to best serve my clients, I require 24 hours telephone or text notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations on short notice make it difficult for other clients to fill that time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the missed appointment cost.
Lateness Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule the appointment in order to provide the best service possible. It could also not allow time for certain portions of the service such as shampoo or styling. Please communicate if you are running late and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Children
Children are allowed in the salon while receiving services, but unfortunately cannot be left unattended. If you will be receiving a salon service, please secure childcare outside of the salon. While we love children, the salon is just not a safe environment.

Exchanges
Client satisfaction is my utmost priority. If you are in any way dissatisfied with a service or product, please bring it to my attention immediately so we can change that. I stand by the services I offer and products I use.
Deposits/
Cancellation Fee
A deposit of $50 may be requested for color services expected to be longer than 3.5 hours or for new guest services. Deposits are transferable if an appointment needs to be rescheduled, as long as it is within the 24 hour cancellation policy. If cancelled within 24 hours the deposit acts as a cancellation fee.
Deposits are also required for extension services in order to purchase the custom-matched hair. Deposit prices on extensions vary.
